Once the flowers arrived, they were very nicely arranged and enjoyed by my daughter. True I inadvertently provided them with a wrong address number off by the last house number 4 verse a 6 which delayed the flowers' delivery by several days, however they never contacted me nor the receiver to let us know. I ended up calling them after sending them a few emails of the address change, etc. Summation: flower arrangement great, communication effort not so great.
